Returns on Shop Items

Made For Monday does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email madeformonday.contact@gmail.com with details and photos of the product and the defect. Please make sure your name and order number are included in the subject line.

Please note: Notice of the defective item must be submitted within 48 hours of the item being received, as timestamped by your tracking number. A return label will be emailed to you once we have confirmed the damage. Once the defective item is received, a refund will be issued.

Returns on Commissions

Items that are made to order are not eligible for returns, (unless defective or damaged in transit, please see above).

If you choose not to go through with your commission once it is completed in my studio, (and has not shipped), you will receive a refund on any deposit after the item sells through the Made For Monday shop.

Please allow 3-5 business days after the item selling for the money to return to you.

Shipping

Orders will usually ship within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment via UPS.

International Shipping

When ordering from outside the US, buyers should be aware of any local or national regulations, taxes and fees associated with importing goods from the US to your location. I will do my best to inform people of costs I am aware of based on past shipping, but I will not be able to provide estimates or guidance on your country/town/Provence's rules. Made for Monday is not responsible for additional charges or fees.
